I really appreciate you keeping in touch with me. I am preparing to make my move to Arizona next month. I went to Yuma in March to look for a house. I was not able to find an existing house that I like. Therefore, I decided to build a home in a subdivision that is growing. I think they are nice. The Real Estate Agent is nice; but she is no Donna. She is not as knowledgeable as you, but I think that she will work out well. Thank you again for checking on me.

Buying a home is not an easy thing to do. In fact I truly believe that is one of the most difficult things you ever do in life. Number 1 You taking on a big financial responsibility and you have to know the home you choose will fit yours and your families needs. With that said, You need someone on your side that will do some home work for you, help you find a good mortgage company, be a go between when you find a home and want to make a bid on it. I know for me I want to trust the person who is helping me with that big of a decision. My husband and I found that person in Donna Ortmann. She gets the job done and makes you feel like you have known her forever. Donna SOLD our home and helped us find a new home. I have purchased many Homes and by far my experience with Donna Ortmann was the easiest. She put me in touch with a Great mortgage lady by the name of Rosemary Hoodless, who helped me get the best deal for my money. This was my second home I have purchased using Donna. My husband and I both felt very important and found that we became friends as well.
